Delivery & Return

 

 

DELIVERY

  • Place of delivery requested by the customer must be expressly stated in the order form/confirmation.

  • Delivery times shall begin with the receipt of our order confirmation by the customer, however not before all details concerning the execution of the order have been clarified, and all other requirements which are to be fulfilled by the customer have been met; The same shall apply to delivery dates. If the customer has requested changes after placement of the order, a new delivery deadline shall begin after we have confirmed the changes. ro cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.

  • ro will endeavour to inform the customer if ro is unable to meet the estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, ro shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of any late delivery.

  • Either you or your representative, that is 18 years of age or older, must be present to receive the item(s)/product(s) at the agreed date and time.

    If delivery or collection is delayed through your refusal/unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within two weeks of our first attempt to deliver the item(s)/product(s) to you) accept delivery or collect the item(s)/product(s) from the courier service/carrier, then ro may (without affecting any other rights or remedies available to ro) do either or both of the following:

    A) To charge you for storage fee(s) and other costs reasonably incurred by ro; or

    B) No longer make the item(s)/product(s) available for delivery or collection and notify you that ro is immediately cancelling your delivery or any applicable Contract, in which case, ro will refund to you or your credit or debit card company as applicable, any money already paid to ro under your delivery or any applicable Contract, less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the item(s)/product(s), and any storage fee(s) as provided for in clause 4(a) above).

  • Please be sure to sign the Delivery Order/Note in the presence of the Delivery Company representative to indicate your delivery has been received. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged or missing items. In the event that there are missing item(s)/product(s), damaged item(s)/product(s) or incorrect package(s), please retain the item(s)/product(s)/package(s), indicate the problem on the Delivery Note and contact us at cs@robags.com within 48 hours of your delivery. A signed delivery receipt, without notations of missing item(s)/product(s), damaged item(s)/product(s) or incorrect item(s)/products/package(s) represents your acceptance of the order as complete and in perfect condition. For any other problems with your order, please refer to our return policy.

  • ro aims to deliver all orders in our standard packaging within the time stipulated. Any special requests by you is subject to additional charges. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within the estimated times stipulated in the delivery times, please contact us at cs@robags.com.

  • All risks in the item(s)/product(s) shall pass to you upon delivery, except that, where delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred but for your breach. From the time when risk passes to you, ro will not be liable for loss, damage or destruction of the item(s)/ product(s).

  • Please use Extreme Caution when opening the packaging. Care is to be taken when using sharp objects to open the packaging as not to damage the item(s)/product(s).

    If in event the item(s)/product(s) is/are damaged due to no fault of ro, ro shall not be liable to you for any loss, damage, charges or expenses incurred or arising as a result of the damaged item(s)/product(s).

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the item(s)/product(s) is/ are sufficient and suitable for your purpose/purposes and meet your requirement(s)/individual requirement(s). ro does not warrant that the item(s)/product(s) will meet your requirement(s)/ individual requirement(s). You acknowledge that the item(s)/product(s) are standard and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirement/requirement(s), purpose/purposes that you may have.

RETURN POLICY

  • ro’s policy is to ensure and guarantee that every piece of item(s) and/or product(s) purchased from ro is brand new, ro therefore does not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on ro’s website, except

  • In case of delivery with damaged or incorrect item(s)/product(s), indicate the problem on the Delivery Note and contact us at cs@robags.com. A replacement delivery, subject to availability of said item(s)/product(s), is to be scheduled after a return delivery to ro of the damaged or incorrect item(s)/product(s) is confirmed. All items(s)/product(s) in question are to be returned new, unused and with all ro’s tag(s), label(s) and any other attachment(s), attached in its original position and in its original condition.

  • Kindly ensure that you have ordered the correct item(s)/product(s) before proceeding to check out from your shopping bag as we have a no return policy.

EXCHANGES

  • There shall be no exchange(s) where such item(s) or product(s) has been sent to you in compliance with the item(s) and/or product(s) as ordered by you in the order form/ in the confirmed order.

  • ro however reserves the right to exchange the item(s)/product(s) on a case to case basis subject to the item(s)/product(s) being exchanged is returned new, unused and with all ro’s tag(s), label(s) and any other attachment(s), attached in its original position and in its original condition.

  • Any item(s)/product(s) to be exchanged is at the sole discretion of ro.

REFUND

  • Where and if ro agrees that a refund is due in respect of a payment made to ro, then:

    The credit/debit card used for the payment will be refunded

    This will be performed as soon as possible but within 14-28 days of the refund application being received and agreed by ro.

  • Please note that refunds may take up to 14-28 business days for your bank to complete, or other durations depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers and/or countries and ro is not able to influence this. ro shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay or damage/damages or expenses incurred in the course or process of any refund.

  • Any customs, taxes, excise and/or import duties and sales tax(es) charged or imposed by the relevant authorities once the parcel reaches its destination/ country will be incurred by you. ro has no control over these charges. Custom, tax, excise and/or import duties and sales tax(es) policies may vary from destination to destination and/or country to country and you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

  • In the event ro agrees to any refund(s), ro expressly states that it shall not refund any custom, tax, excise and/or import duties and/or sales taxes or any other charges or payment(s) already imposed/charged by the relevant authorities.
